Prices include VAT. Most projects fit one of these ranges; larger programmes are split into phases so each one pays for itself.

The platform is priced per factory, after a call. The prices above are for custom software. The Woerka platform, with its Checks, Actions, Maintenance, Quality and OEE modules, is priced per factory, depending on the modules, sites and people you need. We don't publish platform prices yet.

Yes. After the process review you get a written scope and a fixed price. If we underestimate, that is our problem, not yours. If you change the scope, we agree any change in writing before doing the work.

Not for custom software: you own what we build, and the only ongoing cost is optional Passive Woerka support and hosting. The Woerka platform is different: it's a service we run, priced per factory after a call.
We will split it into phases so you get value early and can decide on each phase with real results in hand.
