OEE software and production monitoring, built around your plant
See availability, performance and quality for every line as the shift runs. Stops tagged with real reasons, targets your team believes, and reports that write themselves.
What it does
Production visibility without the clipboard.
Every system is shaped to your machines, shift patterns and stop reasons. These are the parts most plants start with.
Live OEE by line and shift
Availability, performance and quality calculated continuously from real counts and times, against the targets you set.
Downtime with reasons
Stops detected automatically and tagged by operators at the line in two taps, from a reason list your team agrees.
Line-side displays
Large, readable screens showing target, actual and status for the current shift, so problems are visible while they can still be fixed.
Shift and daily reports
Output, OEE and the top losses by line, sent automatically at the end of each shift and each day.
Loss analysis
Pareto of stop reasons, scrap causes and slow running across days, shifts, products and lines.

Works orders pulled in and completed quantities booked back, so nobody re-types production figures.

OEE calculator
Enter one shift's figures. Everything is calculated in your browser (or on our server if JavaScript is off); nothing is stored.
Performance above 100% means the ideal cycle time is set too slow. New to OEE? Read how to calculate OEE, with a worked example.
The OEE module
Or start with OEE in the Woerka platform.
If you want this every shift before you want machine connections, the OEE module in the Woerka platform is ready to use. Shift leads enter each machine's planned time, run time and counts; Woerka works out availability, performance and quality and keeps the history.
- OEE by machine, line and day, with 30-day trends.
- Downtime logged against your reason codes, with a Pareto of the biggest losses.
- With Checks and Maintenance on, a machine stopped by a failed check or a breakdown shows up as downtime without anyone typing it in.
- Machine data feeds aren't part of the module yet. If you need counts straight from the machine, that's a connected system we build for you, below.
How the data is collected
Automatic where possible. Two taps where not.
From the machine
Cycle counts and running states read from PLCs, machine controllers, existing SCADA or a simple sensor on the stack light. No change to how the machine runs.
From the operator
A tablet at the line asks for a reason when a stop is detected, and records scrap with a count and a cause. Nothing typed that could be picked from a list.
From your ERP
Works orders, parts and ideal cycle times come from the systems you already maintain, so the numbers line up with planning.
Cost
Typically a Hard Woerka project.
Connected OEE systems are usually £6,500–£12,000 including VAT, depending on the number of machines and integrations. A tablet-based pilot on one line can start lower, so you can prove the value before rolling out.
Questions
What is OEE?
Overall equipment effectiveness: the percentage of planned production time that is genuinely productive. It is Availability × Performance × Quality, so it captures stops, slow running and scrap in one number.
How do you collect the data?
Directly from machine signals or PLCs where possible, and from a simple tablet screen at the line where operators tag the reason for each stop. Counts and times are recorded automatically; people only add what a machine cannot know.
Can it work with older machines?
Yes. A machine with no network connection can often be monitored with a simple sensor on a stack light or a part counter, or tracked by operators on a tablet.
How is this different from an off-the-shelf OEE package?
You get the stop reasons, shift patterns, targets and reports that match how your plant runs, no per-machine licence fees, and you own the system and the data.
How much does an OEE system cost?
A connected OEE system is typically a Hard Woerka project at £6,500 to £12,000 including VAT, depending on the number of machines and integrations. A tablet-based pilot on one line can start lower. You get a fixed price after the process review.
